Project Partner
Project Partners are the core of the program. A team of four to five students will work to design and prototype a solution to a challenge you face in your life. Teams will interview you to learn more about you, your everyday life, and the specific challenges you face. The information and insight you provide will guide the students into building an innovative, one-of-a-kind product just for you!

Design Coach
Design Coaches are the mentors and cheerleaders of each team. They are the “camp counselors” of the program—ensuring that each student has a positive, memorable experience. Design Coaches are essential in facilitating student collaboration and creativity. It’s important to know how to engage the students, and how to coach them in a way that allows them room to ideate, experiment, fail, and ultimately succeed on their own. Skills in communication, time management, problem-solving and group facilitation will be essential in providing students with the most educational and fun experience.
